I appreciate all the emails I receive. Positive emails tell me that what I am doing is what you want. And more constructive emails tell me where there is room for improvement. I do much of my shopping online because of its convenience. One of my pet peeves is poor customer service!

Holy smokes! I ordered the part after hours, night-before-last, and it came today! I was allowing at least three to four days! Thanks for being so prompt, and also for reducing the postage rate for a light-weight item. ---And an extra thanks for the tape measure, too! Over and above in service. Much appreciated.
