Ordering items shown as out of stock, MAY end up with shipping on the 2nd shipment, or the whole shipment being held until all is in stock.

I use Priority Mail and UPS, my choice.

Shipping changes range from $4.80 to $9.75, depending on product.
A few exceptions will be knitting machines and blocking boards, which are charged at actual.

Outside United States

Being such a small business, I don't have shipping software that can accurately give us international shipping costs.

System authorizes $50, but most shipments outside the US are less, so we change the final charge down to actual cost of shipping and insurance, plus a $2 handling fee for international orders.

International orders are shipped USPS PRIORITY INSURED.

If your order is heavier, I will contact you to let you know that shipping is higher than authorized, to get your approval for the additional amount. So please keep in contact with me via email. I will not ship any order out, that came to more than the authorized amount, with out your email permission.

Backorders:

When stock is not available, I will be in contact with you via email. Please check your email daily just in case. When orders are split into 2 or more shipments, there will be no additional shipping charges for shipping. Your credit card will be charged only for those items that I'm shipping. On remaining shipments your credit card will be charged only for those items being shipped (and of course no add'l shipping/handling fees).

Insurance

If you would like the package insured, just request insurance to be added on the checkout comment line. The cost of insurance will be processed through your credit card.

The following items are not returnable: knitting machines, knitting machine accessories, videos, patterns and books(due to copying). Software that has been opened.
Angelika's cannot be responsible for mis-ordered items, so please be careful in your selection and feel free to call or email me with questions.
Items to be returned MUST be in original sealed packaging, without odors (even air freshener), in new condition so that it can be returned to the shelf and include a return authorization # from Angelika's.
I'm just a small business, and appreciate your understanding.

Restocking fee is 5%, but all items are on a case-by-case situation, and we must be contacted within 3 days of receiving the merchandise. No refunds on shipping/handling/insurance. Please call, email or fax Angelika's for return authorization.

If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact your local UPS customer service within 5 days of receipt to report the damage. Save all packaging material for UPS inspection. UPS will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise to return to the Angelika's.

Merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer’s warranty. Other than applicable manufacturers’ warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
