SHIPPING COSTS UNITED STATES ONLY:
Orders will be held until order can be shipped complete. Split shipments may result in additional shipping fees.
If you would like the package insured, just request insurance to be added on the checkout comment line. The cost of insurance will be processed through your credit card.
Outside United States
Being such a small business, I don't have shipping software that can accurately give us international shipping costs.
System authorizes $50, but most shipments outside the US are less, so I change the final charge down to actual cost of shipping and insurance, plus a $2 handling fee for international orders.
Most orders, if under 4lbs will ship first class. If over 4lbs, will ship USPS Priority Mail.
If your order is heavier, I will contact you to let you know that shipping is higher than authorized, to get your approval for the additional amount. So please keep in contact with me via email. I will not ship any order out, that came to more than the authorized amount, with out your email permission.
Return policy: Exchanges on yarn will be accepted for store credit only, within 30 days of purchase. Yarn must be in original condition.
No returns on tools, machines, books, patterns, software, sale merchandise or special orders. Shipping charges are not refundable. If I paid the outbound shipping to you, your credit will be reduced by the amount of this shipping.

Shipping and Damage Claims
If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact your local UPS customer service within 5 days of receipt to report the damage. Save all packaging material for UPS inspection. UPS will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise to return to the Angelika's.
Manufacturers Warranties
Merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. I will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer’s warranty. Other than applicable manufacturers’ warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
