Shipping Policy
Inside United States |
For orders over $75 FREE SHIPPING on *in stock* orders within the United States. Exceptions to this are knitting machines, blocking boards and a few other extremely heavier items..Ordering items shown as out of stock, MAY end up with shipping on the 2nd shipment, or the whole shipment being held until all is in stock.
I use USPS Priority Mail and UPS, my choice. 95% of the time I use USPS Priority Mail. Heavier shipments are shipped UPS. If you have a preference, please indicate on the comment line. Using a different rate than I normally use may incur add'l shipping charges on your order.
Shipping changes range from $4.80 to $9.75, depending on product.

Outside United States |
Being such a small business, I don't have shipping software that can accurately give us international shipping costs.
System authorizes $50, but most shipments outside the US are less, so I change the final charge down to actual cost of shipping and insurance, plus a $2 handling fee for international orders. International orders are shipped USPS PRIORITY INSURED.
If your order is heavier, I will contact you to let you know that shipping is higher than authorized, to get your approval for the additional amount. So please keep in contact with me via email. I will not ship any order out, that came to more than the authorized amount, with out your email permission.

Backorders:
When stock is not available, I will be in contact with you via email. Please check your email daily just in case. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be held until order can be shipped complete.
Insurance
If you would like the package insured, just request insurance to be added on the checkout comment line. The cost of insurance will be processed through your credit card.
Return Policy
The following items are not returnable: knitting machines and knitting machine accessories. Videos, CDs, patterns and books (due to copying). Software that has been opened. Any yarns that have been wound off or have absorbed any odors, including air fresheners.
Angelika's cannot be responsible for mis-ordered items, so please be careful in your selection and feel free to call or email me with questions.
Items to be returned MUST be in original sealed packaging, without odors (even air freshener), in new condition so that it can be returned to the shelf and include a return authorization # from Angelika's.
I'm just a small business, and appreciate your understanding.
Store credit is given for returns, but all items are on a case-by-case situation, and I must be contacted within 3 days of receiving the merchandise. No refunds on shipping/handling/insurance. Orders returned that had free shipping will be refunded less the cost incurred for shipping. Please email Angelika's for return authorization.
Shipping and Damage Claims
If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact your local UPS customer service within 5 days of receipt to
report the damage. Save all packaging material for UPS inspection. UPS will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise to return to the Angelika's.
Manufacturers Warranties
Merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended
to the purchaser. I will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a
manufacturer’s warranty. Other than applicable manufacturers’ warranties,
there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. |
