#122 Lenten Roses Beaded Evening Bag

The Lenten Roses Beaded Evening bag looks elegant with or without the flower embellishment included in the pattern. The beaded yarn held together with unbeaded yarn gives this bag its characteristic understated, sparkly elegance.

Whether with knitted, beaded, or silk handles, this bag adds an air of sophistication to any outfit and any occasion. It is simple to make and block and relatively simple to finish. Just attach handles with JUL Silver Lyre or Vine purse rings, sew Noni Pockets inside, add a little stiffener to the bottom of the bag, and you are ready for a night of dancing, a cocktail party, or a fancy dinner with a special someone.

1 hank of Cascade 220 in colors 9407 celery, 8010 Natural or 9407 Ruby. 1 ball or 15yds of Crystal Palace Fizz in 9421 Grass or 7300 White.
US#7 (4.5mm) double pointed needles. Split Stitch Markers. Tapestry and sewing needles.
