A super easy pullover for your little one. A simple unshaped rectangle with unshaped openings for head and arms. The neck and side shaping is formed by the drape of the loosely knit fabric. Uses dk weight yarn on big needles at a gauge of 16 sts to 4 inches. Shown in cotton, it has cap sleeves, or optional short sleeves. Side seams are sewn. Girl's sizes 2 to 10.

We knit ours out of Baby Marble.Or check my yarn standards page for other DK weight yarns. They are usually 5.5 sts per inch.

DK weight yarn 275/325, 330/396, 415/464, 526/586, 650/695 yds (2nd number is for short sleeve version.)

A cute, easy to knit, line dress with scoop neck and short sleeves for summer. Trimmed at the lower edge with a girly ruffle, neck and sleeves have a rolled edge. It can be shortened or lengthened easily! Uses dk or light worsted yarn at a stitch gauge of 20 stitches to 4 inches.
Cascade Sierra is a cotton wool blend that would be beautiful in this pattern, or check my yarn standards page for other yarns that fit this gauge.

Easy Toddler Vest

A cute fast knitting, V-Neck Vest with garter stitch trim. Sure to please the little one.

Sizes: 2yr old, 4yr old, 6 yr old.

Finished Measurements: Vest circumference: 21.8”, 23.8”, 25.9” Length: 12.3”, 13.1” and 14.8”, but can be easily adjusted.

Materials: Chunky weight yarn that knits to 3 sts per inch. Lorna’s Laces Swirl Chunky (colors shown are: Camouflage, Periwinkle & Aqua) 2 hanks.

Baby Vest in Lorna's Laces Shepherd Sock Yarn

This cute baby vest pattern is written so that both machine and hand knitters can knit this pattern.
It is a fast project and because it uses Lorna's Laces Shepherd Sock yarns, there are alot of fun colors to choose from. Also, because it uses a sock yarn, it washes and wears very nicely. 

Sizes 20.6" 22.8" & 24.2" require only 2 hanks of Shepherd Sock.

Sample was done in Shepherd Sock Rainbow #601.

from Angelika's Tyler's Poncho: a poncho for children.

This pattern is perfect for beginner knitters. It is designed to take little or no concentration during the knitting of the panels. If the gauge is a little off, the design is such that it makes little difference, if the poncho is a little bigger or smaller. But best to be on the bigger side. Poncho can be done in a single color (try multi colored yarns, 2 colors or 4 colors.)

Sizes: 4 sizes ranging from 4 yrs to 10 years.

Child's Painter Jacket Dress

A design inspired by those days when children wore Daddy’s white dress shirt backwards to keep their frocks clean while painting. This Jacket is worn with 3 ties on the bodice back, features feather and fan lace at hem, sleeves and necklines, and garter stitch over the shoulders. Skirt back is left open to revealed ruffled diaper covers, another look from the past.
