Cody's CottonTale 8

Great for beginners and for for a relaxing project. Starts with young men's size 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 46 & 48, (add 4" of ease to get finished chest measurement). This design was approved and accepted by a very picky, but popular high school teen age boy!!

I wore it for a little while to see how it felt. Other than the arms being longer for men. I was really comfortable in it. Loved the feel of the cotton!

Yarn is 100% called CottonTale 8. No biasing, No bleeding. I want one for myself!

Elsa Elegance

Elsa Elegance is a very unusual style where a fine mohair blend (Elsa by Yeoman Yarns) was knit in a lace pattern and pressed hard. The picture shows you the light weight fabric. The front is open like a cardigan with 3 buttons in the yoke area. the pattern consists of 14 pages of very detailed instructions. Elsa is no longer available from Yeoman, but some dealers in the US still have stock. Any other laceweight yarns, for instance, Kid Seta from Madil (Cascade Yarns) may match the gauge. The lace patterns are in the Brother 930/940/965i (Knitking Compuknit III/IV/V), so no disk is necessary.

2 lengths. (sample shows is the longer one at 74")

Materials: 4 (5) hanks of Lorna's Laces Shepherd Washable Wool. Sample was knit in color #76 Aslan.

Baby Vest in Lorna's Laces Shepherd Sock Yarn
