Ruffles

Knit this cute basket or bowl with one skein of yarn each and just a couple of hours! Place a plant inside the basket for a thoughtful gift! Double pointed needles used for I-cord handle only. A strong felting allows the basket handle to stand up alone if you are giving to a child. Directions for wired handle are also included. Basket is 4.75" tall, 10/5 tall including handle and base is 4.5" diameter. Egg bowl is 3" tall, 3.5" wide opening, base 5x7".

Materials: Worsted weight feltable wool, knit double.

Basket used 220 yds, 20 yds carry along accent or novelty yarn and 50-100 yds contrast color for stripes and ruffle.

Egg Bowl used 240 yds, 20 yds carry along accent or novelty yarn and 50-100 yds contrast color for stripes and ruffle.

#15 (10mm) circular 16" needle and #13 (8mm) double point needles for I-cord handle.

Stitch Markers: 4 markers, and 2 different split ring markers. Stitch Holders. Tapestry needle.

10lb wt nylon twice, 18 guage florist wire (18"), wire cutters.

Gauge: 2 sts per inch.
